Who we are
HumTripWale is a travel company that runs group trips and tour packages from India. Offices: 498, MR-5, Mahalaxmi Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452010 and 17 Milestone, Manali, Himachal Pradesh, India. Contact: humtripwale@gmail.com or WhatsApp 97552 16100.
What we collect
- Details you give us: name, phone number, email, city, travel dates, number of travellers and the message you send through our contact form, WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Booking details: traveller names, ages, ID details needed for permits, hotels or transport, emergency contact, and any health or dietary information you choose to share so we can plan safely.
- Website usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and clicks on links such as WhatsApp. We collect this with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which use cookies.
How we use it
- To answer enquiries, make and manage bookings, and run your trip.
- To arrange stays, transport, permits and activities with our partners.
- To send booking confirmations, trip updates and payment reminders.
- To improve the website and our trips, and to understand which pages and links people use.
- To send you offers or news only when you have asked for them. You can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to deliver your trip: hotels, camps, transport operators, permit offices and activity providers. They may use it only for your trip. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar tools from Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but some usage measurement may stop.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and enquiry records for as long as needed to run your trip, handle questions or disputes, and meet legal and accounting needs. After that we delete or anonymise them.
How we protect it
We limit access to your information to the HumTripWale team and partners who need it for your trip. No website or messaging service is perfectly secure, so please do not send card numbers or passwords over WhatsApp or email.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent to marketing messages. Write to humtripwale@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp. We may need to keep some records where the law or an open booking requires it.
Children
Our website is not meant for children. Trips for travellers under 18 are booked by a parent or guardian.
