Payment Terms

Advance

The advance per person books your seat. It depends on the package:

  • Personal and custom packages (for example Manali Honeymoon): 30% of the package cost.
  • Manali Kasol Every Saturday Trip: Rs 2,000 per person.
  • Jibhi Tirthan Valley Every Friday: Rs 2,000 per person.
  • Spiti trips (Full Circuit Spiti and Winter Spiti): Rs 5,000 per person.
  • Ladakh Road Trip: Rs 5,000 per person.
  • Other trips (including Manali Volvo): advance confirmed on booking.
  • Balance: for group trips, payable 3 days before departure. For personal and custom packages, the balance date is confirmed on booking.
  • Prices: quoted per person, plus 5% GST.
  • Confirmation: bookings are confirmed by the HumTripWale team after the advance payment.
